Meet Andrew Pierce

Andrew has practiced bankruptcy and debtor-creditor law all across Montana for over 25 years. His practice is dedicated to helping  Montanans and their families solve their financial and legal problems, whether routine or complex, while protecting their homes, assets, and businesses. 


Andrew also advises other lawyers about bankruptcy issues in their clients' legal matters like family law, litigation, and estate planning, and he offers pre-bankruptcy planning, asset protection, and foreclosure prevention options for their clients.

Andrew creates customized legal solutions for each client's needs, goals and situation.  Helping clients and their families reduce stress, recover from financial difficulty, and save their homes and businesses is the best part of his job. 


Andrew is a member of the NACTT Academy for Consumer Bankruptcy Education, he has been a Montana State Bar Fee Arbitration Panel chair, and he has presented to the Montana State Bar and the Western Montana Bar Association on bankruptcy, collection and other issues.


In 2025, 2024, 2023 and 2022 Andrew was awarded the "Client Champion Platinum Rating", the highest client rating from Lawyers.com and Martindale-Hubble.com, for his continued commitment to excellent client service.  He is also proud to have received the "Client Champion Gold Rating" in 2021 and the "Client Champion Silver Rating" in 2020.


Andrew is honored to have worked inside the court system as a law clerk (staff attorney) for the Hon. William E. Hunt, Sr. at the Montana Supreme Court in Helena, Montana, and, in addition to foreclosure prevention, bankruptcy and debtor-creditor relations, he has also practiced in the areas of real estate transactions and development, real estate sales and salespersons, easement disputes, construction defect disputes and related litigation. He has extensive experience representing clients on both sides of the debtor-creditor relationship, both in and out of the bankruptcy system.
